She will share how organizational structures may inadvertently drive pay inequities and how institutional leaders may develop strategies, structures, and sustainable solutions that promote fair compensation practices. Following Dr. Gottlieb's talk, there will be a panel discussion with UCSF and ZSFG leaders who are working on promoting salary equity at the institutional level and within their departments.
