A community circle grounded in restorative justice practice is an approach to community building by creating a space for participants with varying values, experiences, and backgrounds to discuss various topics. Incorporating restorative justice practices into our community helps UCSF create safer spaces for people to be brave and vulnerable to engage in open dialogue.
