Sex & Gender 101 (https://bit.ly/2YFkVNK) is a new gender-inclusive series from Innovating Education in Reproductive Health designed to show learners how to take the first steps to providing care that addresses the specific needs of LGBTQI+ patients. This series explains the basics of sex and gender and provides tools and best practices that can be used at many different levels to provide care that is trans inclusive and gender-affirming. Sex & Gender 101 is presented by Aspen Ruhlin (they/them), an expert working at the intersections of trans justice and abortion justice as the Community Advocate at Mabel Wadsworth Center in Bangor, Maine.
